   2. To agree that the 2025 accounts may be prepared without an audit and presented with an accountant’s report.

A summary of the 2024 unaudited accounts will be posted on the shop website at www.yarpole.org prior to the meeting. A full set of the 2024 accounts will be made available for inspection at the shop after the AMM.

Nomination forms for the election of members to the Management Board are available at the shop and on the shop website at  www.yarpole.org.
