We welcome bookings for both private and public events using either St Leonard's Church or Yarpole Parish Hall. Please take a few minutes to read the details below regarding the booking process. It will help us ensure the booking proceeds smoothly.
The capacity for Yarpole Parish Hall is 100 and for St Leonard's Church is 150 people. The Gallery café and Yarpole Community Shop operate from within the premises on a daily basis. Yarpole Parish Hall is used regularly by a wide variety of groups. Please check that your required date(s) are available.

The standard charge for the two venues is the same. Anyone who lives within the Parish of Yarpole can hire the building at a lower rate. Additional facilities such as the use of a projector & screen at the Parish Hall and a considerable amount of staging and sound & lighting equipment are available; these can be added when making the booking. Public Events in Yarpole.
If your event is a public event please consider how we can help with publicising the event. The following options are available -
- There is a calendar of upcoming events carried on the Home Page of the website.
- We publish a Facebook page, Yarpole Community, where we also publicise forthcoming events and provide comment and information.
- The Parishioner magazine is published monthly and is distributed to every household within the Parish. Entries for the next months publication need to be received by the 10th of the previous month.
