Whether you are looking to re-connect with Pilates or just beginning. My aim is to help you explore Pilates for you to feel stronger, more resilient and powerful, irrespective of age, injury or ability. Pilates will improve your spinal health, joint flexibility and posture and complete physical and mental well-being.
Twice weekly classes at Yarpole Parish Hall Tuesdays at 6.00-7.00 pm and Thursdays 10.45-11.45 am. This class is suitable for all levels. Simply pay as you go. Please provide your own mat.
